DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS:
While Triple Dot does have a vegetarian and vegan option on the street menu most days, Chef Dalyn has the culinary experience to create entire menus to cover any dietary needs for private caterings!

Meet Chef Dalyn Jones

Chef Dalyn Jones is a diverse and skilled chef whose passion is creating delicious culinary delights for the entire Valley! Chef Dalyn got his start in the kitchen at the East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT), where he received his culinary degree. From there, he attended MCC and spent years working as lead in the kitchen at places such as the San Marcos Crown Plaza Resort and worked at ASU training as Sous Chef. He has led kitchens creating African, Chinese, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine just to name a few. His experience and skill set is perfect for creating the perfect menu for your event, whatever that may be.
